PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS

 

Your reservation must be confirmed to us in writing (email or post) with your full contact details (address, mobile phone, email).

Upon receipt, we will send you a reservation contract to be returned to us within 8 days of the date of dispatch, accompanied by the following documents:

A 30% deposit on booking, payable by bank transfer. 

The balance of 70% to be paid 30 days before your arrival, by bank transfer.

A civil liability certificate from your insurer to be sent by email.

A deposit check of €1500 on arrival, in exchange for the keys, by bank transfer, or in cash if there is no checkbook.

The deposit will be returned after the inventory before your departure.

Are included in the price:

Electric underfloor heating.

All household linen (complete bedding, bath towels, tablecloth, etc.)

Cleaning at the end of the stay.

Wi-Fi internet connection.

The tourist tax.

Outdoor gas griddle.

At 56 Beach Side in Bénerville,

you will find mineral water in the rooms.

Groceries in the kitchen: salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar…
some consumable products: sugar, tea, coffee.

If you prefer to take the time to   rest, to find your balance, Véronique, who manages 56 Côté Plage, can drop you off for breakfast, at your time, do your shopping or simmer you a good little meal on site… Its prices are very reasonable.

The property is closed by an electric gate. Two parking spaces are reserved for you.
